Thread: Trying to install soholaunch

Hi all,

I've done it a hundred times before, but for some reason it keeps saying,

Install Soholaunch Pro Edition (2/3)

The installation can not be completed:
- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

I don't have any other scripts installed!?

Anyone know what im doing wrong?

Did you publish and bv files to your domain? If so thats why. Soho has to be installed into a clean domain.

I have done, but I deleted them!?

You must have not deleted them all.. or deleted something you shouldnt have. Theres still something there that wont let it install.

If this is your main domain put in a support ticket to have your account reset and try again. If its an addon.. delete the addon.. then create it again.
