Thread: Blue FTP

When trying to connect in Blue FTP there is no option for my server ip?

It should have the same options as Blue Voda does. If you can publish.. then you can also ftp.

If you can do neither.. make sure to download the newest version

I have downloaded the newest version and can not publish. When I log into control panel my "shared ip" starts with 208 and non of the ip addresses start with 208 when I try to publish. What am I doing wrong? I am reading the wrong ip address?

What IP server are you trying to find, you should have received login details when you purchased a hosting account, IP address, login id and password. Did you receive this? Have you purchased a hosting account?

When I log into control panel there is my "shared ip address" do I use that or should I have another one someplace else. If so where can I find it. I have been with BlueVoda since 95 but just moved into a new computer.

I see four IP addresses in the list starting with 208 is one of these yours?

You are doing nothing wrong, simply VH replaces, from time to time, servers with new ones, that have different IP addresses. You are on Voda 3, and your IP address is 208.43.222.130
