Thread: Unable to access cpanel from another computer

I was able to access cpanel from the computer that I am currently using to build my website on but I unable to access it from another computer. Can I please get some assistance.

When you try to access from the other computer do you get an error message?

If you go to this page: and choose your right server, then you should be able
to login from any computer....as long as you have the right username and password.

Yes, an error message appear stating "Could Not Connect to Server". I've also tried going through the voda host page that has the ip addresses but the same error occurs.

Then its the computer or firewall or net connections....................

I am having trouble logging in at work. they have port 2082 blocked. Is there anyway I could access my site. I just want to be able to upload some pictures.

If you install a ftp on your work computer you should be able to upload pictures, it uses port 21. But if that is blocked then you may have to use a website proxy (google "website proxy"). Now I don't know how honest these websites are, so it may be risky entering your cpanel info through it, but it may be perfectly safe.

Installing programs is not allowed.....oh well.
