Thread: deleted files

I have accidently deleted files from my domain, tried restore from back up but to no avail. however, when I look at c/panel public_html under the folder media I can view one of the files assuming they are all there somewhere, how can I reinstall them on my webpage. when I edit or view webpage all I see is the template and buttons with no content. The domain is www.timeshare-resales-4u.com My mind is just a blur now, can't think straight, please help.

Hi ive also deleted all my files out of the public html folder adn am really scared i cant get them back. How did you get them back
