Thread: Can't access cpanel

I have an account with BV.
Enabled BV in firewall.
Tried http://myIPnumber/cpanel in google, and I cannot access cpanel.
I'll try launch a simple index file today and use to access cpanel

Help is much appreciated.

Did you check and double check your passwords, ip number and spelling of your account name?

If yes.. then put in a support ticket.

I'm in... can't give you a reason why I could not get access before. I used BlueFTP to delete some files as an alternative. Thanks very much for your time and support. Regards

You can also access your login page by opening BlueVoda and then select
"Control Panel" on the bottom tool bar.
