My site is hosted by Voda, and I have two other add-on sites. No problems. But when I try to update the original site I get an error reading 550 - "can't change directory to public_html/rmackintosh.com. No such file or directory" Obviously I changed something inadvertently. How do I rectify this. My sites are www.rmackintosh.com www.caligaristudio.com www.louisemack.com Thanks, Louise Mackintosh          |

Your original site just goes to public_html/ dont type in the dot com because the public html folder IS that domain. Karen

Oops. I spoke to soon. It's still doing that! The same error message comes up, alternating if I retry, with "error message 12031 - the connection with the server has been reset." I do still need to put rmackintosh after the slash, don't I? |

not if its the MAIN domain. you only put the folder names if its an ADDON... Karen
