Thread: Access to C-Panel

Please, I do not yet have my access to C-Panel. I signed up and bought a domain name about 6-7 hours ago, but only received my receipt for the domain name. I cannot use it yet until I get access to C-Panel. Can anyone tell me when I will get access to C-panel. Thank you.

It takes anywhere from 4-24 hours for an account to be established (longer over the weekend or on Holidays), and until yours is fully set up, there are no account-specific details to communicate to you (obviously).

You will receive a "Welcome and Account Confirmation" eMail shortly ... don't forget to check your Junk/Spam inbox also, just in case it was filtered as from an "Unknown Sender."
