Thread: AWStat functionalities lost ...

I just sent my first message to say hello as new member of this fantastic forum and I'm already wrighting a help request... . Sorry ..

I have a problem with CPanel since May 15th 2011.
On that date I received an email from Vodahost regarding the Soholaunch e-commerce program. I didn't installed it but I probably done erroneously some update from this page: http://addons.soholaunch.com/Vodahost.php .
I probably launched the update program linked with the message proposed on the right hand up corner of that page. In this manner I wrongly installed some thing on my CPanel that has locked the Statistics area.
In fact, as I told before, the AWStat (Statistics) page is locked on the 15th May update page and I can't see anymore visitors IP's that logged on my website, diagrams, most searched words, etc.. The daily update of this areas is like has been locked.
Is it possible to uninstall the update program wrongly installed or alternatively reset CPanel function to the origin without loosing my data?

Contact Customer Support .... this is not an issue anyone can assist you with in the Forums.


You might need to request an "account reset" which means to wipe your hosting account to a 'like-new' condition with everything repaired/replaced (cPanel, cgi, etc.) and for you to re-publish your website anew.
