Thread: FTP - link for PDF will not work

I have been working for many days and many hours and tried all the stuff that was suggested by support but still no success. I have a pdf document that shows up on the FTP, but still won't link. I am about to give up and just email the stuff. I would appreciate any help that anyone can give that will help be link that document to the site. I don't even know if this was published in the right area, but haven't seen anything else that is close. Thank You
