Default Where do my members go once they enter password?

I have a folder that is password protected. When my member's go to the folder and input their username and password what page will they go to when they enter. Do I have to put another index.html page in there or does it go to a default page? Thanks for any help!

Your password protected folder should have an index.html page which will then link them to any of your other pages......

If it doesn't have an index page it will just display all the contents of the folder

Watdaflip,

thank you guys for the info. I wanna make sure I understand. I can basically upload "another website" into my password protected folder? Meaning can I copy my public website, alter the menu....ect for members and have them both working simultaneously? I tried to upload a website to this I've been designing to the password protected folder last night and it worked with the exception of I couldn't get my menu to show up from my menu.js file even though I didn't change anything and it still worked on my desktop. Thanks in advance for your help.

wgreene,

I suspect not as all your links would be wrong. You can upload the site to that folder and use the the html pages- but you are going to have to change every link to accomodate working with BV. Remember that BV requires full URL not relative.
