It'll get worked out. What email service are you using? Something is very wrong if you're not receiving any emails from VH. But, you are a customer now and they won't leave you in a bind. Be patient and all will be fine.

Thanks the mail is outlook express. But here the simplest things can and does go wrong with no recourse,usually. especially with Telmex telephone. We are very rural and at the mercy of those in control. I have no doubts about the integrity of VH, I'm certain the fault does not lie with them. Thanks for the message.

Just a thought - open up a Yahoo email account and ask VH to email your details there. Sounds like your ISP is the problem.

I am lost as well. I paid for web hosting and if what I read was correct I would be recieving an e-mail with my access to cPanel information. I have not recieved anything but charges have cleared my bank account. My login e-mail and password are not working as well. I do however, recieve plenty of e-mails from VH.

Can someone help me with getting into CPanel please?

Yes, you should have received a welcome email with all your login info. Make sure you've checked your bulk/spam folder. If it's not there, go to http://support.vodahost.com and submit a support ticket. You do not need to sign in to submit a ticket.

Thank you. What a quick responce. Not only did you reply already but my support ticket also got replied to. Kind of makes you feel all warm and cozy inside knowing that someone else is sitting at their computer just waiting to make you a part of the family.
