converting ie style sheet to work in firefox

Hi,

My style sheet looks like below. It works fine in IE but the 3 columns left,mid and right are too far up the page. can anyone help with this? if possible i'd like my site to work with both and not have to make 2 duplicate sites with one working in IE and one in firefox.
