I have to agree, I submitted a support ticket and had a reply within half an hour and in the past if i've ever had problems all has been corrected at super sonic speed. Keep it up Voda it's much appreciated.

Since it appears we are all grateful for the support at Vodahost, I will put my 2 cents in as well! Although I haven't had to use support at all recently, there have been several occasions that I have had to put in a support ticket, mostly my own questions and or problems...but in all cases, support has been so very responsive and helpful. When I first joined over a year ago and saw that there was no support phone number, I hesitated for a moment. But I can tell you first hand that the support system they have in place is faster than a phone call, less time consuming and accurate. I have even received phone calls from support to make sure everything was good. So I am a firm believer in Vodahost's support staff! THANK YOU! |

I've been over websites for a longh time, and have to say, that here you guys work and get us closer just with the Fabulouse suporte and costumer care that you provide in here... I'm very happy to have been able to find your product, and with all the suport you guys give us , the costumer her...
