I try if I can to solve any problems here on the forum. Recently though I have had to use the support team. Most so called support teams promise the earth, take your money and that is about all the support you will get.

Vodahost does what it says on the tin. Over a year after joining, I still in 90% of cases I get a reply within a few hours, I think the longest I ever waited was 24 hours, the shortest about 5 minutes.

That's all anyone could want and is one of the reasons I stick around and build more and more sites here, oh and telling others about voda.

I don't think you realise how much support means to people, well you must do as you put it very high on your list.
