Hello,

I've had my BV site for about two years now and have learnt from scratch how to build my site thanks to the clear instructions on the tutorials. I need to say the most enormous thank you,firstly to BV and to the community forum.

What seem major problems to me are quickly resolved,these have included a failed hard drive and the thought that my site was lost forever.

My questions are always answered really quickly and I have no hesitation in recommending BV to anyone who will listen.

Everyone on here is doing a great job so, perhaps a little belated,but thank you one and all.
