I've with other web hosting before and struggling with a truely technical cpanel. It make me scare to update web pages. Also with high monthly fee.

The 2nd web hosting I experienced is need to improved its customer support processes. I paid at register but have used only an hour before they suspend my account due to papers need from billing department though my credit card has been charged. :(
