Do any one know how do you add a ticker to your site?

Pardon me for asking, but what is a TICKER ????

Ticker? That thing that beats in your chest! The OLD TICKER gave out!

I think maybe they mean like a scrolling marquee?

here try this hope this is what you are looking for place this code into your page want it on top place it on start page of html <marquee>Text or Image </marquee> but as too how to change color of text have no idea will figure it out eventually.

here go to my site and look on top that is a scrolling text or marquee

it is located on top the text is black says text or image

How it looks depends on what you want to put in it - so if you have troubles with it ask - they can do just about anything - from text to pics - to how fast they scroll to going forward and backwards, etc etc.

heres the scrolling text with color code just change red to what ever you want click on my link below and see the text scroll in red

How would it put images in instead of text?

Here is an example:

oh yeah meant to tell ya communityreponder your page needs a little more work reason being the main title needs to be shrunk down a tad letters are too big and you are repeating yourself with title name i saw four in same head area, and if you want your site to be search engine friendly take a look at your stats fix these and you should be search engine friendly...

Might have to come back to you re meta tags and robot tags.

I misunderstood the keywords issue, wrote a list for all the words relevent to the whole site. i will go back and edit the list to each page. a couple of the search engines said to provide a full list of keywords on the first page and they would do the rest.

Sorry this sounds a bit dippy but learning as i go.

(truth is have no idea at times).

This is my first attempt at web design, i realy appreciate your help and experiance.

here i will go ahead and help here is the robot copy and paste inside the body ... <meta name="robots" content="index, follow"> place this tag inside all your pages.

meta tag discription is located where you placed your self as an author
make a discription of what your site is about using some words from your site.

You mentioned putting images in your ticker. If you want it like my sponsor images you need to. Select ad banner rotator its on the left menu column near the bottom, select an image then double click on the banner to add further images
