Very nice website, I especially like the banner/logo.

Looks good. One thing though, for search engine purposes I would try to get more keyword and keyphrase rich text at the the top of the page. I know this isn't all they go for but it is still important,

While here, Robtrue, I think this really isn't the place to be trying to recruit people for your business, it's a place to showcase voda websites, from what I see yours is just an affiliate white label website.

Easy sitemap and a good overwiev with a clean pro design

Just one thing though...i would personally remove the google serch bottom bare and google adds... you dont want to encourage people to leave your site
