Looks like getting rid of the water, really highlights your info.

Nice, looks very neat too ... I like the flowers on your nav bar, nice touch!

Much cleaner and more expressive, CiCi......definitely more along the direction worth persuing!

So you think I should use this format for changing the whole website?

I wouldn't dare suggest such a task for anyone....

I simply prefer (and know the favor of the WWW community for) clean, uncluttered, simple and flowing web designs......it allows the content (the pictures, the colors, and the carefully crafted words) to tell the story.

The more apparent the attention to detail can be demonstrated to viewers, the more they pick up your demeanor, your commitment to excellence. Most webbies get so enamored with their own perspectives or techno gizmos that they obscure the very PRUPOSE of the site, and it becomes just another hodgepodge of information poorly communicated.

The colors work fine (the light blue you had earlier was fitting for Hawaii), but what really stands out here are the clean lines of layout, and the sublime emphasis on Content via simplicty and lack of any obvious "sell"....

I like it, good choice in getting rid of the water background. It is nice to have a beautiful site. A bonus if the SE's can uderstand it. I would try and get some adivice on optimizing your site.

Bether is my marketer so she takes care of that for me and she has guided me on this whole design. She makes suggestions, I do all the work. It's a good relationship.

Well I think it is working well scubadiver and it's really very nice of Bethers to do that with you and it's great for you too, your site is looking very very nice, you might just as well have it all the same, it will be a really nice work of art when you are finished, it will be worth it ....

She's giving me too much credit - and thank you Scuba! I just pester her till I'm sure she's ready to strangle me :)

And, yes, pet, her site will be totally optimized. One step at a time - but that's being kept up with also.

On your NavBars:
-under properties put a space in front of "Order Now" "Traveling Tips" (shorten maybe) and check the others. While you have centered the text, the orchid isn't part of the centering process.
-don't forget to title your pages (Calendar, Travel Tips)

This is much much better. Hardest thing in the world for me was to get over the flashy concept and home page look that we have all been somewhat ingrained with, for a professional website. Personal doesnt always come out to be professional. I think you will do very well with this. This looks polished and inviting, smooth, easy on the eyes! You will get customers wanting to see all the pages!

LOOKS great Scuba, less is more sometimes. Good person to pester you. I think in the end you'll do well. Keep tweaking and listen to the pestering or marketing whatever you want to call it, it is working.
