Thread: New colors would like input on them

With the help of Ladyeye I have a new header and new colors for my web site. please take a look and let me know what you think.

Hi, looking a lot moor (more) rural and farming with the style.
Little point! Not sure that Lady Semelia/Red Are very clear images, & is there a reason for the menu at the base of the page??

Looks a lot better.

I'll have to wait tilli can get new picture of those 2 to try to fix them it's from resizeing the pictures to fit. Yes theres a reasion for the menu it's to get to the other pages.

Happy new year to you too Bill, I checked all the links thanks i found 2 pages i didn't publish lol. all the links work for me with the exscption of one picture link opening a new brower (not sure how i did that lol)

I love the new header and new colors!

One suggestion I have is to move the menu to immediately below the header and make the lines between the choices a dark brown so that it doesn't look like the words all are running together.

I do like footer links - but they are usually there as secondary links - not the only links to other pages. I'd rather see you use that space to put in your name, address and phone number.

What would you think if she didn't remove them from the bottom, but added them to the top below the header on all pages too ... maybe that would work better???

That would work - have them both places - easy navigation of a site is very smart - but I'd still recommend adding the address info at the bottom, too.

looks really good - agree with moving the menu up - at first i though the one page was all there was - Happy New Year

Yes that is what she meant, or so I believe, if I am reading her mind, lol ....

I might string the address along the bottom ahead of your bottom nav links though, not sure if I like that box at the bottom, kind of looks out of nowhere ... maybe just me ...

I changed where the box with the contact info is located.

Sorry, just saw this - the navigation looks great and I love having the contact info down there - specially for your type of site.

Ok thank Beth, I don't know how to darken the lines so i did the top nav bar rev. so they can see it i added it all to my temple so new pages will have it automaticly. now it add it al in my over 50 pages lol

Much easier to find your way around with the new menu.
