aye mate i agree on centering the photo on main page also on your store the poem page has no nav buttons to go back on had to press the back button,same goes for the kids. looks good but needs some more tweaking.

Personally, the home page hurts my eyes - I like the butterfly, but with everything going on, almost can't read anything.

I also would like to see the flowered background muted on all the other pages. It's too busy to be able to concentrate on anything on the pages.

I wouldn't stay on any of them, unfortunately. But doing some muting or making things less busy would work.

When you center the pages and get the widths right, it should correct that the pages aren't coming in smoothly - which would help that aspect tremendously.

I agree with all other comments and especially with Bethers. If you could mute or make your backgrounds transparent it would be easier on the eyes. On your store page, if you could reduce the images above and below your items for sale it would be more pleasing to the eye and a faster load. I have a pretty fast computer and this page took a while to load. Make sure that your main focus on 'your store' are your items not the surrounding artwork. If your items don't stand out... they won't sell as well. Great concept on the site!

You have different widths on most of your pages and they need centering, but you know that already : - )
Open Page Properties, change the page width to 800 and also check the box "center in browser" then save and publish each page.

I like the previous version better. (I know I'll be in the minority, but so what)
The "chopped off" butterfly wings make such an inescapable poor impression that I need to stop there.

Just an opinion, one that means nothing, really....there are a lot of other ways to "lighten up" your image, if that is what you are responding to....an earlier comment from one person, simply by changing the attributes of your original. And, trading that for an animated gif was a poor trade.
I think you'd be better holding off until you can finally find a nice video clip of a fluttering butterfly you could slow down, add transparancy to, and turn into a big looped "flash-like" display as your index image under all your text and navigation ....but that's only one idea.....
And it is not a really good idea to use images from other's websites (Guarantee). Not good idea at all....

What images from other websites? Which ones are you talking about? Tell me please!

And of course your opinion matters General! It matters greatly!

Okay, I'm going back to the drawing board on the index! What images from other sites? Your logo, sire? Do you want me to take it out? Tell me please! I'm panicking!

Myself, I would choose a really nice butterfly image in the center, and a few fluttering butterflies that fly throughout the page ....

I like the colours of your page now, just a few too many butterflies ... again only my opinion .....

I agree with Holly.

What doesn't work on this new page - is that if you have any resolution other than 800 wide, it really messes with what you did. The background cuts up everything.

Take a look at this vid .... it's a Quicktime (don't we have problems with that in BV?)

I have it downloaded, and can transfer it to WAV format, and make it as large as necessary, and in Windows MovieMaker, "watermark" it, so it is subtle as a large 800x600 page background.....by slowing it down, it will be pretty coool, I think!
I also have VideoMagic and FotoAngelo...I can crop and rotate videos, add elements, and do some more crazy stuff if I play with files on my Media laptop!

Try using the VH pix resizer to change the size of your seal...it is distorted now, and always will be if you "size" it in BV
