Thread: Two new sites for review

Hi All!

I have two newly launched sites.

1) www.victorylanegifts.com - This is a site selling automotive gifts, diecast, collectibles, etc. In addition, I carry automotive accessories for the cars themselves. Site done with SOHO.

2) www.hadlockrock.com - This is a promotional site for my son's music teacher's rock band. Site done completely in Flash 8.

Suggestions, comments and ideas are welcome.

<whistling> I cant say a word.. cuz.. well it just wouldnt be fair.. LOL. Ive already seen these sites, and been coaching. LOL

Hi Wally!

I'm impressed with what you've done on Soho. Nice to see.

One suggestion - now that Soho really does allow for a smaller description - and then more information on the more info page - it would look better if you moved some of the stuff from the first page - and let it be on the actual product page.

For example - I'm looking at the Orange County Choppers Parking sign. If you just had the bulleted list on the product page - the page with all the products would have smaller boxes and you could line them up cleaner and crisper.

I like the header - looks like the car is ready to drive right off the page.

yes i agree soho looks very nice but the other was not created with blue voda website builder it was created by David Creative Enterprises so cannot give credit on that one. sorry

He did it in flash I believe, and front page. Its hosted on Voda tho! Just not built with blue voda.

That is correct. It is hosted on Voda, but built in Flash 8.

Well I think both sites are fab .well done that man :o)

ahhhh the genereated by blah blah blah got me i do apologize didn't see that sorry bout that :) in that case it looks great love the flash don't understand the cat though ...at first i thought it had to do something with alice in wonderland when i first saw it, lol until i saw the band.
