Thread: Round Two...

Well people I need more observations. To clarify what I need to know is if while you may not aggree with the concept of a portal, my question is this:

As far as portals go, how does this one measure up?

I can't get the nav buttons on the left to work ad the upward scrolling text moves too fast and is a big visual distraction for me. The page seems a bit cluttered to me and I found my eyes darting around alot not knowing what it was I was there for...

My opinion would be to try and focus the most important part of your content into what is known as "the Golden Triangle". This is the three points on the page where peoples eyes naturally gravitate towards that begins on the upper left of the page, then to the middle right of the page and then back to the lower left of the page. With the audio playing and the visual clutter, I found it a bit rough to absorb the content.

Just my opinion.
