This is my very first time create a traffic exchange site. Would u all mind give me some good comments? Or some suggestion? Thanks alot .

It looks good i think. Your own web traffic will probably tell a whole lot about how good the site is though, and how good your services are ;)

You are going to lose a lot of potential traffic, simply because EVERY link
on your home page leads to the same thing.

I am also confused as to how you can make a promise on your home page and then negate that promise in your TOS:

You should also do a spell check as several words are mispelled/out of context.................

Looks good but I got lost I guess, and kept ending up at the same place. I didn't get enough info, samples, to make me want to sign up. I say again it looks good though.
