Thread: New jewellery site please take a look just finished

could you please take a look at the new jewellery site. i need to know if images are loading fast etc and the links work. my eyes are a little crossed now all the photoshop ...
made all of the drawings tried to get a jewellery site with a difference .. do you think it will work

Very Nice! It is unique and I actually had so much fun browsing that I wasn't even looking for mistakes or anything to critique! lol Nice Job and you do have a site with a difference!!!

Very well laid out and designed. I also enjoyed browsing. I only found one thing that needs to be fixed. At the bottom of your Store Policy page, I found a bunch of text colliding ontop of itself. I browsed it with Firefox. Perhaps you can take a look.

I also got thrown off by "wedding sets". I assumed that it would be matching rings for couples. Im not sure if those sets are for brides to wear on their wedding date or for them to give to their bridesmaids as gifts, but I was a little confused there as i was expecting to find wedding set rings.

funny that when i browse in ie the pink background is too long when i browse in forefox it is just right i don't get it
plus it takes alongtime to load in forefox i have never used ff before just downloaded it to see how it is.

I just viewed it in firefox and it loaded quickly. There is a hyphen in re-stock. Looks good.

Cindy, yes, in fact I was viewing the site at the same time as you, only thing I had signed out and had to run, so didn't get the opportunity to answer you ...

It's really cute isn't it ... the use of "cartoon like" characters that come to life is kind of unique and quite appealing really.

And of course nice job James ... just a few things I notice here ...

You've got a bit of underlining going on here and there and that's not always a good thing .. perhaps consider a different font color instead of underlining. (you know, everyone is accustomed to clicking underlines)

James, I too believe your pricing is very good for your items and believe your site will be well received.

In so far as free submissions, you are likely aware of most of them, like setting up your google account, finding any directories that take free business listings, that sort of thing ...

I do however, look forward to your participation in Project Participation that can be found by clicking the link here in my signature. If it is spare time, or the chance you may need time to get around to it, you will find those tools there as well.

This is one of my faves, very nice and a fun feel to it.

Thanks for the commenst and lady eye yes I am trying to find all of the free directories.
I think that we should have a place on here like a Voda shopping mall where it is listed in things like jewellery clothes food candles and gifts etc
and people can shop from eachother....
please don't tell me that there already is a place like that on here. as i have not found it !!!
but maybe i will set something up
then we can buy from eachother to get people started. as it would be like buying form a friend as we know most people by now and no problem with trust as voda have all the infomation!!!!
