I have recently made a site.

Well,Im totally new to this.So if you have any comments or advise,I would appreciated it very much.

I will also ask a few how-to questions while Ive started this thread.
Maybe its easyer to see what I mean if you view the site.

I would like to have possibility for comments field.But dont know how to make it.Yes,Ive read the tut on the form.But still cant get it right.

I would also like sign in pages.With password protection.

And commentsfield with password needet for people to post inside,in those pages witch isnt passwordprotected totally.

Hi, nice looking site & lay out. You got some real nice images. Only a personal view? But I wouldn’t recommend the light box for gallery use. Its great for 1 or 2 images, but the thumb nails keep the same amount of KB’s as the main image, so nothing is gained by using it. It also makes your gallery list create a page of over 1 meg, which is a bit on the heavy side for WebPages. It’s a shame, as the gallery designers do a version of the light box that reduces the thumbnails. Maybe in the next BV update.

Great info about the light box.I guess I have to use ordinary gallery then.And or maybe reduse the amont of pictures in the gallery.

I love what you are doing ... love the header and overall feel ... I do notice there is no space after commas,and fullstops in your text.This makes it look like you text is all running into each other.

Also the spacing between paragraphs is inconsistent ... sometimes there is an extra line (which looks good) and sometimes not ... I agree with Collector's he is a wealth of information about photos on websites ... Your pages take forever to load ...

Also it would be nice to see the pages centred ... I can't wait to see more of your work ... it is truly beautiful ...

Hi, remember there are a lot of very good & FREE albums creators out there that may help. IE:…..
The last one may help as its produces flash presentation, which is a little harder to copy.

My english is quite limited.

What did you mean with fullstopps in the text?Are the running into eachother?How?
And the part about spacing between paragraphs being inconsistent.The extra line...did you mean like in the space between to sentences?

Well,I do seem silly.I know.But the english isnt always that easy when it comes to this.

what I meant was at the end of a sentence is a fullstop ( . ) and there is no space between it and the next letter. The same with the commas ( , ) there should be a space after the comma and before the next letter.

the word BEATIFULL is very limited to describe your pictures.
If you like to keep your gallery in the way you have done it, then I can suggest you to do it in this way so you can reduce the loading time:
1) reduce @ picture ( picture A)to the size you want show in your gallery page, lets say ex. :w 150; h 180, we will call it thumbnail A
2) create a page where you have only picture A, with size you like to display, lets say w 300 h 360, you can put around it shapes or whatever you like.
Link the thumbnail with that page.
In this way everything should load faster, and you give to the viewer the choice to choose the picture.
May be the pages can be reduce a little in space, so it will fit better with browser of every viewer.
In your contact page you can start with the form supplied by bluevoda, it is a little hard to understand, but if you follow the instructions you will get it.

You really lifted me up alas,with your compliment.Cause I feel so down now about it all.Feel absolutely stupid,cause I dont manage to get lots of things in my big head.

Ive tried to do the flash gallery Collectors gave me link to.But I concstantly do something wrong,witch leads to not be able to get it right.
But okei.Flashgallery can be addet at later time.I think I will go for your suggestion on a page for each picture,the way you suggest, alas.

About viewing in different browser,I need to fix that some how.All Ive viewed in,is in IE and Firefox.And have now clue on how it looks in different browsers.

I will try to fix the spelling in my front,thanks for letting me know.

So later tonight,I have lots of improvement to do on the site.

Hi Katrine,
another way to do it is to use the banner rota tor, I have use it in my web English version. You will find it in bluevoda, down on the left of your screen, it looks like two round arrows.
If you like a suggestion, I think when you use flash or the banner rota tor, the viewer will not be able to choose for how long time he wants to view the pictures, and for the quality of your pictures I think is very important to live to them the freedom of looking at the picture for how long time they want.
This is what we do when we go to a gallery and admire art.
