Nice looking color scheme. From an SEO standpoint I would redo your titles of your pages and the descriptions to reflect a more generalized topic that people would search for.

I like the site. The colours and layout look really clean and inviting, as does the villa!
Proof reading time...a few typos for you to correct:
Availability spelt wrong on Booking page
Virtual spelt wrong on Photo page
(I'm still finding mistakes on my site six months on).
The blue menu text is a little difficult to read.
Apart from that a good job. You shouldn't have any difficulty renting out the villa either as it looks fabulous.
One last thing.....How much is it? Couldn't find that on the site.
