My website is a work in progress but I would love some feedback on the site and its aims. Please take a look.

You've got a good start ....

a couple of things ....

1) Center all your pages.

2) Title all your pages (Giving each page a unique title as to the relevancy of the page)

3) Have the target box for each page EMPTY - as it is now a few of the pages, the target is set to _blank - setting this target to that opens each page in a new browser window, and then everyone of your pages is open - it is best to leave this target area empty unless you are redirecting people from your site to another site ...

You know where to find all of the above, by right clicking on your page and selecting page properties ...

It might be nicer if you actually link the links you have made available on this page ... to do so, highlight the link as though you were going to copy and paste, go to insert, insert link, type in the url of each link ... this way a person can actually click on the link and be directed - this area is where you should consider setting the target of the link to _blank ...

You can also set the color choices for your links by adding styles or you might do so on the page properties for this page of links ... either or will work for you ...

The nave buttons towards the bottom look like a mistake. I would connect them to the rest of the nav buttons above.
