The links are not working how they should.
In the Meetings page the Map has turned into Meeting.
And the welcome page into home.
I have checked them and double checked them.
Can you help please.

After fast look I see the problems with the links only in the index page...Check once again all the links and names in the index page.
In mozilla I see a lot of text overlaps. (ex. page "meeting" you write in the text tool "Sunday morning" and after you write "10 am" in the other text tool...so in my computer I see the "10 am" directly on the other text.)
In the index picture overlapping the text.
A lot of things like that...

Hi you are off to a great start ... it looks like there may be text boxes under some of the other text? like here ... http://www.coolumchristianworshipcentre.org/welcome.html

In other places it looks like there are two text boxes and one has slipped and they need resizing? like here http://www.coolumchristianworshipcentre.org/contact.html

Also I am not sure why there are two welcome buttons in the menu ...

I have checked and there are no boxes under those pages, The welcome button on the index page is ok also,

Your website has a nice look to it. One suggestion: enlarge the photos and add a few more.
