Hi Carlos,

Your site has been very well done. Congratulations.

Comparing your index page and all your other page, I would
suggest U remove the striking red background and stick to white
like all the other pages. They look better and more business like.

A lot of work. Now some fine tuning is needed.
-From the Spanish: "Pag. Prinicpal" on NavBar from several pages does not work, go back and check that you have directed to a live link.
-Also in Spanish: "Pag." has the 'á' on some of the NavBar and no accent on others. Not sure if abbreviations use accents. Do a spell check.
-The flags from this page, do not link. Use Verify Links from Tools.
-The Kuwait page takes visitors away from your site, change [Page Properties] to open a new window, select: '_blank'. Also use "Kuwaiti Project" instead of "Kuwait's Project"
-Some pages are not centered.
-Use the logo function in BV to make a transparent background for your flags, this will eliminate that blurred blue edge.

I will try to do such "fine tuning". It will be hard to me. I believe I will have to pass several hours sitting on the chair. But, I will do it. If I need help I will contact you again.

A few of your pages were a little slow in loading ... it may be my computer ... nothing major (no pun intended Zuriatman).
