You are in the wrong room here, but one of the administrators will move it for you.
I'm still busy looking through your site, but here are a few comments to start with:
Your images are way too big - they are loading far too slowly. Use Pixresizer to resixe them.
The blue underlined headings on the pages, give the impression that they are hyperlinks, inviting the visitors to click on them. Rather remove the underlining.
You maybe want to consider centering your pages (page properties > centre in browser.
Otherwise you have done well and I know you are a winner and soon it will be perfect.
Thanks for the help =) I will be sure to fix that asap.
And sorry, I didnt realise it was the wrong forum.
Don't let the wrong forum stress you out. You have done very well. Your dad will be very proud of you. He must give you a hugg.
A Rare experience..
jk =D
Doing all those changes now as well as re-reviewing for typos and grammatical errors.
It's going to be a very stressful hour zzz.
One more thing. It is personal taste, but the serrif type font (e.g. times new roman) you use, reads more difficult than a sans serrif type font (e.g. Arial) on a web page. Also personal taste, but the font could be slightly bigger. Here is an excellent site for web design guidance. Link.
Yes I know, I hated it too (was not my decision). I convinced him to change all text to Arial so that's fixed also. :)
I think it looks great......keep up the good work, I know who to ask when I run in to trouble....lol
Hi Cpl. Filtrex,
I think Tom covered it all (but then I don't have the most technical eye here!). Nice clean look, once you fix the image sizes it should load fine.
My only other criticism is that you did plagiarize my "Debut" headline! ;)
Keep up the good work,
If you can come up with a site like this at 15 you are gonna have a GREAT future ahead of you as a web designer! Nice work, well done.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
keep up the good work ... well done ...

Not a lot I can say ... its already been covered.
Great Job!!
Cheers,
Great efforts, especially for a first site. You have a lot of the basic elements spot on.
Here are a few observations:
1. Your home page still needs to be changed over to arial font - you are right, much easier to read.
2. You might want to have a link on each page to return to your home page. At present I can see no way to do that.
3. Most of your images really need to be optimized, as they are extremely dense and take long to load. For example, on your industrial application page, the first picture is currently presenting at 595 pixels wide., and 495 kbs. It's actual size, however, is 2338 px wide; it has been manually reduced, resulting in a smaller but way over-dense image. If you use the pixresizer, or a similar tool to reduce the size properly, and then optimise it for web, it could be say 600 px wide and 22.3 kbs. It would still show at the same size on your site, but load much much faster.
Pix resizer is a free download here. Here is a link to Collector's really good instruction for this tool. There are other simliar tools available. Here is one I use, that also has some other useful web tools in it.
4. Also, regarding your images - you should be using your alt tags, and giving them names that would be useful for search engines to see.
5. Have a read of Bether's free SEO Basics ebook, all about search engine optimization. This will give you lots and lots of great information and education regarding how to have this site found by search engines.
You have a great start!
Good Luck
Well I assumed people would understand that if you click the Filtrex Logo than it would bring you back to the home page. =D
Thanks for all the input! I will put your ideas to good use!
Leave the link on the logo. Just to make it easier, add a Home link on all pages (except the index page itself) as well. Just remember to resize your images as was described by Collectorsinfo.
You are doing great. What did your dad's friend said about his site?
He loves it. Just needs a few more tweaks and he will even love it more. It's a great improvement from the old site he said =D
I used to do alot of free forum/site making (*******s, invisionfree, etc.) with all the ugly ads.s This is a big step up from what I normally do.
I would post links but with the fear of getting banned I wont =).
Hey Filtrex, are you sure you're only 15? hee hee
Excellent job kiddo! You should be really proud of this site. Keep track of these accomplishments, it will look good on your future resume. I bet you've learned a lot.
KUDOS
My initial suggestion would be to consider downsizing the fonts in your left navigation, and to use the color sampler (the eyedropper in Custom Colors) to match the color of the logo at top-left......this would make you page not only more keen on continuity, but your page sizes more complimentary to visitor use (eliminate the vertical scroll) and overall appeal (easier legibility from *****er contrast to background)!
