Where are any of these keywords on your page? ALL Keywords used MUST also be found in TEXT on the page you are keywording, with no exceptions.

Not the best of descriptions, you need to be a lot more creative for the description than this.

There is no content on your home page
Your page titles need replacing 'www.northlondonriderzs' means nothing to your potential viewers or the SE's on your page titles.

Having said that, you make up for these failings with the stunning women in the gallery.. way to go! ; - )

i have now changed the homepage please can you give me your views on it as the last homepage was not up to my standards,i hope this one is better

Sites looking good. You should consider setting your page width to 800 and centering it. I have to scroll sideways in my browser and cannot see the whole page. This may put your customers off.

Secondly I would consider bolding or using a thicker font for your page header. That is only because I have difficulty reading it.

But overall you site is looking good and coming along nicely.

thankyou for your comments and yes the banner text does need being in bolder text and i will make the page 800,thanks for pointing them out
