Thread: Need Some Help!!

I just recently got this repsonse back on my Contact Us page at:

Values submitted from web site form :
> first : sue
> last : towler
> email :
> comments : nothing on your website works. where it says click to register the business, it does not and everything say under construction. what is it exactly that you are offering?? it is unclear.
> Button1 : Submit
> Reason : Advertising

I don't see this happening no my end...could some of you take a look at my site http://www.jaxplus.net to see if you're having any problems like the one stated above?

Here is something I found-
on the home page and the aboutus page the button to register is not entirely 'clickable' only the green part is, not the text. You can correct this by putting a transparent shape (the same shape) over your existing button, and making it link so that everywhere you click on the button will work. Or, you could make a button in paint.net or wherever, include the text on it, place it as a jpg image and make the whole thing a link.

Also, it really isn't clear what your site is for unlesas you click on the about us page, and most first time visitors won't go that far with no reason to do wo.
You want your home page to say what you are about, and say it clearly and concisely, so folks will want to explore more.

Thanks! I will make those changes..I really thought my slogan "where jacksonville saves and wins" would kick up the interest... I will add more but liz...my business agreements were posted as MSWord...saved as web pages..are you having any problems opening them up???

Nope, no problem. They open up just fine.

The slogan is good, I think, but it only tells me that I have found a place where jacksonville saves, but doesn't explain how I can get a piece of it - know what I mean?

Okay!! I will work on that...the contact page reply was stating that it was showing her "page is under contruction" and that had me really confused....everything was working fine for me...I never posted that any
pages were under construction..hmmmm...
