First thing I noticed is your title: you spelled it "speaches" and it is speeches (as in public address).... to speak, a speaker, spake, speechless, to make a speech, right??

You are absolutely right, and I have changed that "good looking out"

nice site - like your banner - very appropriate. all the links work very well - had trouble with the video stalling - putting video on with BV is very professional and easy to do. asked for newsletter as i liked the pop up - made ordering your newsletter very easy to do.
