    Default Business Web Site

I am a owner/operator of a fireplace install/service company, I've been using BV to make a gaming site as a hobbie and decided to make a site for my company as well. The site is dedicated to fireplaces and will be a hub for my company's internet business. Please review and give me feed back to how the site worked for you, if you want to test the forms, please do, just use the name test so I can find and delete the requests from my actual work.

    Thanks,
    GD13,

    Hi GD13

    On your Gallery page:
I would use thumbnail pictures on the page opening to the
larger photo, at the moment you have large to small.

I think your site needs an "about us" Page explaining
exactly what you do as I found I was looking for more
    information about your Business.

I found there were too many forms, everypage opened
to a form, I think more information is needed on each page
and maybe just one main form to be able to contact you
    and receive information direct.
Just my opinion but I think you will lose customers because
    of the forms.

Site set out is easy to navigate but I would think about those changes
good luck with it and remember a website is never finished.

(^copy/paste the web site link when your done finding the fireplace you want into this box^)

I am not certain all potential customers would know what to do with those instructions above .. maybe a better system for product identification would be useful and easier for those wanting a quote about a particular product.

also ... your form pages need a back button to your home page or a text menu bar at the bottom ... ditto to the above comments ... keep up the good work ...

Thanks for all your suggestions, I've been working hard to incorperate them into the site as best as possible. You might need to refresh the page if you've visited the old ones already to see the new changes. Some pages still need content but the layout is done. Unless I get more suggestions to fine tune this site even more.

    Hi GD13

    On your Gallery page:
I would use thumbnail pictures on the page opening to the
larger photo, at the moment you have large to small.

Fixed the gallery page, see if the changes are better or worse?

I think your site needs an "about us" Page explaining
exactly what you do as I found I was looking for more
    information about your Business.

I added a About Us on main page.

I found there were too many forms, everypage opened
to a form, I think more information is needed on each page
and maybe just one main form to be able to contact you
    and receive information direct.
Just my opinion but I think you will lose customers because
    of the forms.

Due to the nature of my business and what I wanted to acvheive with this site, I needed seperate forms for different areas of my business. I think the customers will find it easy to use for thier personal fireplace needs, be it installations, service, questions, comments, shopping etc etc...

Site set out is easy to navigate but I would think about those changes
good luck with it and remember a website is never finished.

Thanks alot for your comments, I found them very useful in the production of this site.

I made the change to just type in the make and model of the fireplace their looking for, this should make it alittle more dummy proof. Thanks again for the suggestion!
also ... your form pages need a back button to your home page or a text menu bar at the bottom ... ditto to the above comments ... keep up the good work ...

I added home buttons to all the pages, I also included info buttons to add information about each form on the web site, I think this is what your looking for, thanks again for your suggestion!

    Thanks,
    GD13
