Thread: Would love some honest opinions - honest!

After playing for a couple of weeks, I would love to have some feedback on my first proper site.

Bearing in mind that I have only just now noticed the Title part of Page Properties (was wondering why each page came up as Template once published! LOL), please do point out any other glaring errors - and nit-picky ones too, if you've time / interest.

Hi, off to a good start. Couple of things that may tidy the pages up a bit.
The home page is not centered.
There’s a lot of movement of menu’s/headers on page transitions.
All images need resizing correctly on this page LINK

This image is the worst culprit on the page LINK

I have centred homepage (had to download that from site as made changes I then decided against and couldn't get back original - I think this affected a few things and I didn't spot the centring bit).

I think I will change that worst culprit image, but I am not sure what you mean re. resizing all images - could you explain that one further, please?

Ah! Thought the ones on the left of this page were just images. But I see you are using the light box which makes the pages a bit slow. If you don’t need the light box you will save at least 130kb & can have all the images of equal size. (Every bit helps)
On the world image, the dimensions are 720x720 & only need to be around 250x250
The one on site is about 322kb & the one on this page is about 7kb. Right click & copy these if of any use.

Would give the page saving of 440'ish kb.

This is fantastic stuff! Thanks, CHRIS, for the image help. I will use the one you have done for TWM and consider changing the lightbox usage - I just wanted people to see the cards properly. Mayhap I will use a plain image and link it to another page with the images at full size instead.
