Looks pretty good, I like the layout.
I would go through and make sure all the place names in the "We cover the following areas:" section are capitalized appropriately. There are a few lower case names. Also in the "Wedding Limousine Hire" section the word lifes should be changed to lives.
One other suggestion would be to add the phone number in each of the sections where you say "call for a FREE quote" or have a link to your Enquiries page since you also provide a quote there.
As always- nice job Ramsey.
Cheers-
Andy
PHP- is a blast!
Hi Ramsey,
Looking Good.
A small one on the bookings page:
"fell free" should be "feel free"
Cheers,
Andrew

and there lies the lesson in why you shouldn't rush a site! I must admit I knocked this one up this morning, it was a rush job.
Thanks to all above who spotted spelling mistakes, capitilisation errors etc etc. All fixed now.

"Hen Party"? lol
Nice site
I don't think this is a term known to you guys, but Hen Party is something the bride and her female friends attend the night before her marriage.

Nice site Ramsey,
On your Gallery are some pictures not resized with PixResizer. Some over 300kb and 500kb causing slow opening.
sorry to correct your grammar Ramsey but it is Hen's Party and Hen's Nights ... etc ... the hen is possessive of the nights and party ... Only had a quick look but it is looking good for a morning's work ... lol ... on the front page it says Website Design & Build by ... it should be Website Design & Built by ... ?

Hi, looking good Ramsey. Couple of adjustments may help.
The Red Dargues logo need dropping down for FF users.
Some of the gallery images seem a little odd, in that some are 33kb thumbnails & stay that way & others are 560kb thumbnails & stay that way as well???? (In KB’s)
On the Download book a limousine form, you can set this up on a web page so the user can enter there details online & then print it out for a signature to be then posted to you. Can save trying to decipher hand writing sometimes & i think users would like it.
Good luck.
Sorry Whiteshepherd, you no more say "hen's night" than you would "stag's night." (in the UK at least). "Hen night" is correct.
Ramsey - 'North East' instead of 'North east'?
Otherwise, good job.
Kym
AJ is correct in that what I have put 'Hen Nights' is correct over here anyway, but thank you anyway.
Tom and Chris
At the moment, the client had some large images and some very small images but wanted them in a gallery, so yes some of them open large, some small.
I must admit to doing this a bit too quick and will go back and look at the very large ones that are taking time and redo them thank you.
The client is supposed to be providing me with a complete new set soon anyway. It was really done just to get something on the page.
Chris I will look at the logo in FF and act accordingly. Once again, I usually do this, but just so busy it's crazy!!!
Same with the limo booking form, I am sure at some point I will redo this.
The trouble is my client has a very expensive car and no work. He had three sites built in the past by other webmasters and none of them worked before, but then if you saw the other sites you would understand why. Hence why I have to get him up and running quickly.

Chris,
I have just compared the site in FF and blimey... you are so right...
Now the trouble is, I can move the logo but look at the border, it's all out of line at the top and bottom!
Can you advise me on this. Out of every site I have made this is the first to not look equal in both browsers so not had much experience with this issue.
If I move the top line up (which needs doing) it will be too high in IE...
Any advice?

Ramsey,
For just knocking it out in a morning I wish I could do so good.
It looks really good. OHH I had to have that Hen Night expained to me before. On this side of the pond, we don't hear that.
Good luck!!
Mike

Love the logo! .. clean, simple and easy to understand and navigate! All though the form page is a bit blah! .. the gray may not be the colour you would like to use. Maybe icons or something other than white would make it not as boring?
great site mate very neat love it.
Hi,if your having this problem, i can only suggest the same as Vasili in changing it to an image. But! it seems to be that already. You can try this attached image? But i don't think the colours will match.
Chris, Vasili
Thank you both for the suggestion, however, the logo already is an image, but the image is not the problem, it's the border, which because of the way it intentionally doesn't meet at the top left I have had to make it from FOUR shapes. The trouble I have is that they won't all line up in FF, but look perfect in IE.
I can't really make the whole thing an image as other pages will vary in size and so the border will either be enclosed or larger (Does that make sense?)
Any more suggestions? as this one is bugging me..
Chris, I appreciate your time in making the logo for me.

Hi, was just looking in IE & see the problem. If you want to make a border for the page. Make up 2 tables, 1 in red & 1 in white & place them on top of each other. Set the red one at about 800x1000 & the white one at 796X996 on top of the red one & you will have a 2px border all the way round.
FF does not like overlapping elements....easiest to simly lose the "lines" that strive to define the left border and mock 'bleed' into the logo (especially if like you initmate, you are inconsistent page to page with this treament). Just do away with the left vertical and top horizontal, and opt for a top-left-to lower right "scoop" instead.... (kinda sorta like seen in this logo --at a just-begun cart)...would help to emphasize/highlight the text without being too bold or too geometrically limited.....imo
Ramsey
You are using the 'Dargues' text as an image.
Could you use a dtp program to make the border part of the image too, so that the entire border and text is an image? Then you could import the whole thing into BV as an image and there would be no overlapping problems.
Hi, try this in IE & FF, you will find hardly any difference using 2 tables. It also helps with the loading times.
Chris, Vasili, AJ
Ok, whilst taking all your points on board please relook at what I have done, basically moved both vertical lines. What is your opinion on this now, I have checked and it works both in FF and IE but does it look ok? Has it lost anything?
Chris,
I truly appreciate the time you spent on making that image for me to use, but I felt although it would have worked it had lost the crispness of the logo a touch. Please forgive me for not using it but I DID appreciate it, promise![]()

I assumed you would put your own back in the same place. LOL. like this.
But good luck.
PS, Not sure why? & its only a small thing. But the end of the red lines look jagged in FF, but perfect in IE. (Strange)
Well, yes IMO you have lost that je ne sais crois but in the end it's all down to personal taste, if you're happy and the client is happy what does our opinion matter?
