This is my very first website which has taken a long time to design and understand,tags,keywords,menu bars,light box,the list is endless.I am aware that i have a problem with my bridesmaids page perhaps someone can advice me what to do,so please have a look and tell me what you think.

Hi, your off to a good start. Couple of things that might help.
The background image & page would be better at 800 to1000 wide. Theres a bit of sideways scroll.
I know its not quite right. But Brides Dress/W'Dresses/ or something a little shorter to save the text going to the edges of the button.

you are doing a great job ... I agree with Chris ... a thought I had is use the text menu and put it beneath your header .. this is also good search engine optimisation ... there are some beautiful dresses there ...keep up the good work ..
