What am I doing wrong... can not get the image to look right in the table?

The first thing you are doing wrong is naming your home page 'home'

Your home page should be named 'index' and will sit here http://www.kaystutorials.com/

If you want the image you are using to remain that size then you will have to make the frame outside of it longer.

You dont have to use a table.........adjust the size of the image to suit then sourround it with your boarders...................nice photo...............
