    Default Lastest mad scheme!

    Hi All,

How are you all keeping then? I've been working very quickly on a new website as an off shoot to my main website (which is undergoing a major rebuild).

For this one I've tried to keep it as simple and clean as possible with not to much information. I usualy have the menu bars at the top as an I frame but as this site isn't going to get much bigger I've not bothered as I've a few problems when using netscape with them.

The film bit is done as a wmv and is quite large, I did originaly do it as a flash movie but the quality wasn't as good so I've gone with quality over file size. To get around it I'm going to include a youtube link for visitors with slower connections.

Hopefully some of you eagled eyed people will spot my mistakes as I'm sure I've made plenty and any critisism will be well received.

    Cheers

    Hi Nick,
I really like your site. The design and colours appeal to me and the header is great. Just a couple of typos on your footer menu. Longbow (to match the rest) and Contact my connection is too slow to watch the video, Have to wait while it downloads so I didn't check that but all the navigation worked.

Hi, nice looking site & easy on the eye's. The only things that had a bit of a hic,up at my end was the http://www.englishlongbowfilms.com/m...ongbowdvd.html page, took a long time to load & the buy button is covering some of the text above the button in Firefox. This small area needs to come down about 3 text lines to be clear of the above text.

    Hi All,

Thanks for your nice comments! And some good feedback, I'll correct the typos today. I'll have a play at improving the quality of a flash movie version and hopefully replace the somewhat large .wmv version later.

I think it's time to stick around again, in the past I've got an awfull lot of help on the forum and so should try and give some knowledge back.

    Cheers all

    Nick
