I got my Welcome letter but im confused
what part of the welcome letter do I use to enter into the Publishing area of BlueVoda?!

you need to post this under publishing.
Your welcome letter will come your log in details. this is needed to publish. IT is very clearly mentioned what you need to do. go through it carefully and do accordingly.

Look under the bit titled "Control panel & blue voda publishing details".
It will have your login details.
