I wouldn't have guessed it to be your 1st site. Good job. Some suggestions:

Firstly, I think where you have "Natures answer to those so called..." should be "Nature's answer..."

I would center the pages in the browser, (View, Page Properties, check "Center in Browser" check box). Also, your pages are opening up in tabs. This can get annoying. Make sure your links' target box is empty except for when linking to another site.

Also, some of your pages (your contact page for example) have excess space at the bottom. In BV, go to Edit, Select All, and go to the bottom of your pages to make sure to delete those items that do not belong.

About the SEO, here are some suggestions for your homepage

Double click each of your glass buttons, at the top, click the Link tab, and make sure that the Target box is left empty.

Mike, in that case, set all the targets (except those going to other sites, of course) to "_self".

Desirable, what's the name of your website and how long ago did you register? You should receive an email from VodaHost within 24 hours after signing up.

Also, if you have signed up, don't forget to check your junk mail...you know, just in case your welcome mail went there.
