Hi,
HAve just got back to my website after breaking my computer watching boxing lol.
Could do with some fresh advice and pointers.
ESpecially interested on the Gallery , know it isn't there yet but all advice welcome.

I said it very carefully and in a funny amusing way.. just in case you are a boxer too !

I would try to get better images on your home page, they are a bit pixally. Also some of your text is blurry looks like you had the text in the box and stretched it, making it blurry. Not crazy about the green but that is a personal choice. Also your page seems to wide had to side scroll, keep it under 1000 to fit most monitors.

No i'm not a boxer, rugby's my game not as tough as Boxing.
Thanks for tips, green deffo seems like a bad choice.(thats conclusive lol)
On the page size i have my pages at 1200 width, oh well live and learn.
Again your right on pics i have stretched some. Not fully upto speed with the image side, but learning all the time.
Seems no sooner do i finish a page i learn something to improve it and start again.

Hey Paul, one thing when using photos. If they are saved to your computer when you park your mouse over them it will give you the dimensions and the file size. This is as large as you can make the picture and if the file size is above 50kb you need to use an imaging program to reduce it. BV has a PixResizer you can download for free. Cheers

Yea i've been compressing files so they aren't too big for web, but this means they end up tiny and then i try and stretch them with the terrible results.

ps think pages would be better if i made green lighter? just a few of our clubs play in green.

Ok Paul, are you ready?
Your home page is not titled. In other words the tab at the top of your browser says untitled when it comes up. You will need to give it a name, and make it relative to the site.
I agree with the others the green needs to go. Also on most of your other pages, there is not way back to the home or to other pages. You can make a template and save it as such with all the nav buttons on the left side and then build the rest of each page, and save as that page.
most of your pages are toooooooo wide. You need to make them less then 1000, about 980 or less for most of the viewing public.

I looked at it with FF and things were looking OK. Play with the pix resizing program a little so you can figure out how to resize to the box size you want to put it in. Then they won't look all warped.
