Thread: Please review my credit card guide

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. How do I make the site look better? Is there anything missing that would add to the site, etc? Thanks.

My opinion:

You have put a lot of work into this I can see that, however you have given very little or no thought into your optimisation. For example all your page titles appear the same, or certainly the pages I went on.

EVERY single page must have it's own unique meta data, that includes page titles, keywording, page descriptions.

You MUST do this, no matter how long it's going to take you to go through and do every page.

Secondly, I see you have placed Google Adsense on this site. Well... If you are going to use Adsense then let's use it properly to it's full power. You have the ability to make a small fortune from this type of website, you need to take advantage of this. I didn't look deep enough to see what your other form of revenue is going to be on this site, maybe you are affiliated with credit card companies, as I say i didn't look... however, I do know that you can make a lot of money here from Adsense but you need to get this right. You have plenty of empty vertical space on the left hand sde for some vertical banners... use this space, you might as well. Don't get me wrong, just because there is space doesn't mean you go slapping Adsense in there, you have to lay it out correctly and more often than not fewer blocks of adverts CAN earn you more than having more, but I think in your case you could do with far more adsense presence. Some pages had none on at all and the text content of those pages warranted Adsense.

As to adsense, unfortunately, with soholaunch, I cannot use the left hand side of the page, except for links. I will place adsense on all my pages.

My mistake, I didn't pick up it was made by Soho sorry. Whether or not that's possible I am not sure, I don't have experince with Soho... but I know a woman who has and who would probably know...

Also on your home page all the links running down the right side are way to close to the main body text, in most cases they are touching. I am viewing in IE.

One site that I have found very useful is LinkReferral at http://www.linkreferral.com/adwel.pl?oldrefid=186802. It is free to join. If you use their review forums, you will get a lot of good advice on how to imporve your webpages from fellow webmasters, as well as free traffic.

You can if you edit the templates, put whatever you want in that space..

You can align or indent the text in the text editor.. or setup a table and set padding to 10 then put in your text in the table cell
