It seems a little bland, and nothing really stands out or grabs your attention.

Sorry mate, but I know that you can do better....................just tweak the content a little with a couple of images, or a nice catch phrase.

I have seen that photo before...............lol

Well.. it is rather BLAH.. animate that Banner like a neon tube. Easy animated gif..I dont think you need to stretch it to flash...

As a designer i understand the restrictions that a client may put on you, and if there happy your being Paid, and at least it's centered. and it all works so nothing to worry about.

Hi Darren, good looking & very fast loading site. Surprising with hardly any images about, on how fast pages can be. But would agree on looking a little Spartan without images. Maybe even a thumbnail next to a smaller PDF logo, on the late_bookings.php page for each item.
Another nit picking point on some of your headings above the form area is light blue & some are pink. Not sure if this was a hiccup.

Alien Dude you are absolutely right. This site is for a client who has had an input and limited funds and they are pleased.

Karen. Nice idea about the banner perhaps but this is an events company but not a brothel ...lol

Maybe I'll look at some more images (and I'll advise the client and I'll put forward your reviews)

Chris I deliberately changed the text headings colours on the, just to gently catch the visitors eye. The more forms filled in, the more enquiries submitted and then more £££'s in the bank.

That's a nice site David. However my brief was to create something to match their corporate stationery on a small budget.
