Thread: Website review (ufcw324rc.com)

I need some members to beat up this website (ufcw324rc.com) and tell me what you think so far......be kind, its a first shot........thanks Jerry

Ok, here's your first beating:

Awful choice of domain name, No one is ever going to remember it, so unless they save it to their favourites you have extremley low chance of regular visitors.

There is no navigation set up apart from your home page, so getting back to previous pages is not possible.

Nothing on your home page (Or the whole of the site) tells me anything about what you are/do etc

Your contact link opens up my Microsoft Outlook which is most annoying. You need a proper contact form.

Most of your site is under construction.

I strongly advise you sit down and rethink the whole thing.

OK... you asked for it! No seriously nice start, you still have a lot to do, not much on your pages yet. I like the layout on the home page, you need to continue that on all the pages along with your navagation buttons. You have no way for the user to get around other than use the back button (not good). Also you have several pages that go to other sites, these should open in a new window ( _blank) in the target area. And I would add a contact form insted of using email, it will just further protect you. Keep at it, should be a nice site.

I don't see a link to it any where on the membership page, also the page title says travel (thats not right)

Thats the best option, also change your page titles and meta tags (if you have any)
