Got your page set at 1200 wide & is giving a lot of side scroll. This might help.

Hi, Its better if you give title, keywords and description of your every page which is now "untitled page".
Content seems spreading everywhere. Bring page size to 1000 or bellow.

The home page looks just simple and effective.
But for other pages I would put the same background, and you'll need to work on you navigation buttons. Keep them all on top or keep them all on the side.

You really should have a standard menu, same buttons, same order, same location on every page. As you have it now you have a different menu for practially everypage, it also changes location from your home page to your other pages. Keep it consistant, also for the footer links they should be text menus. SE's dont pick up on buttons so text menus in your footer are defiantely advised, list all you pages there on every pages as well.
