Thread: Check out my site, it is a work in progress!

My web site is www.jdkinvitations.com. It is for my wedding invitation business. I am working on a new version of my index page, but just wanted to get it out here to get any feedback I can.

and you did quite well to put things in proper place. Was that an expando image script you used to zoom in to the images?

Nice but your keywords are going to be considered spam by SE's. You need to have a couple of good keywords (that are in the content of your page) not anything and everything you can think if that someone might search for.

Your site is lovely, very bright and clean. It's well organized and I think it shows off your products very nicely. Great Job!
It was fun to see a North Royalton address too, I lived there for 13 years.

Very nice, Jenna. The two things that really stuck out was the large paragraph of information on the What We Do page (didn't draw me in and want to read...actually, being that large it pushed me away) and the other is the picture you have on the About Us page loaded very slowly, and I have a hi-speed connection.

Other than those two things, I thought it was laid out very cleanly and had enough to keep me looking around. Good job!

Nice site, one small thing that i noticed your email is a hotmail account you may find your customers may feel a email address @your site a bit safer.

Hi, site looks fine, but could do with some more info on pricing or offers on packages of “lets say per” 50 cards/invitations. If the prices are not clearly marked on any site i visit, i just go to the next one as its quite often not worth the bother of sending emails back & forth.
The image on this page is over 3meg & should be around 50kb.
On your pages with list’s, they may look better as bulleted lists.
