Very nice, a couple of things you need to fix. First your link to world missions takes you to a different site (atleast a different layout and menu) with no way back to the original, have this page open in a new window so that users will be able to stay within your site. Same with the links at the lower part of the page (the banners) these should also open in a new window. And all your page titles are the same, you should have them correspond to the content on the page. Your home page title is fine, but the others should be modified. And the same for your keywording, the keywords should be found within the text on each page. So each page will have different keywords, this is so search engines will pick up on them.
