Pretty good website, I usually don't like moving animations but the moving waiter guy is kinda cool. =)

I would suggest maybe a different color for the header titles maybe, the red is a bit strong, I would maybe try a brown or a green just to see how it looks.

Overall, I think your idea is awesome and your content is totally true. A great meal CAN be ruined but an incompetent waiter. I think your business idea is great and original... way to find a great niche market =)
